CNC

Roberts Engineering Ltd. offers CNC (computer numerical control) machining, allowing component design to be highly automated using CAD (computer-aided design) programs. These programs produce a computer file that is interpreted to extract the commands needed to operate a machine. The CAD files are then transferred into the CNC machine for production.

We have operators which drive the CNC machines and can make small adjustments that ensure the machined pieces are being processed to exactly meet the requirements of the individual job. Our CNC machines give us the ability to turn around machine parts in a very short time as only one person is required to program, set up, and run complete jobs.
